About the Author

I grew up in Horry Co. South Carolina. I spent my youth hanging out on Ocean Blvd. I spent many summer nights at Pavillion before my childhood was torn down.

Tales From Paradise are generational stories of the Riley Family, in the fictional town of Paradise, SC. If you are trying to locate it on a map, It is East of Conway, South of Myrtle Beach, and North of Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island. It occupies the Area of Socastee, Surfside Beach, and Garden City. This is where I spent so much time as a child and will always have fond memories. In reality, it may not be, but to me, it will always be Paradise.
